Some coordinators like to add shore activities to their event to engage participants and their siblings who may have finished fishing earlier than expected. These ideas are entirely optional but have proved a success at some of our events.
Participant Ideas:

- Sheetcake, cupcakes or cookies (e.g. shaped like a fish) for dessert

- Casting game (bring casting weights and have kids tie them on and practice casting)
