Ways to Thank Event Sponsors

• Thank you note: Follow up the event with a hand-written thank you note or thank you email with a few photos highlights from the event. Include some responses from your survey results that will share the impact that their sponsorship made. 
• Award plaque: Give your bigger contributing sponsors an award plaque with a group photo from the day of your event as thank you gift. You can order extra award plaques using the Event Order Form.

Or, if you have any participants who don’t show up to the event, you can use leftover plaques to be given to sponsors with a group individual photo. What a great way to say thank you! Plus, every time they see it they’ll remember their impact and your C.A.S.T. for Kids event won’t be forgotten.
