Gaming and raffle laws vary from state to state and often require consultation from legal counsel. In order to save costs and protect the fundraising efforts of every C.A.S.T. for Kids Event Coordinator, the Foundation will not permit any raffles to be held for fundraising purposes or as entertainment at events.  The risks of a raffle being conducted illegally would affect all events nationwide. Our mission to enrich the lives of children with special needs, support their families, and strengthen communities is too important to take this risk.
